| VEX -1 | Cannot connect to server | Server is under maintenance or your internet has issues. |
| VEX -101 | Launcher failed to connect to server | We recommend downloading the Launcher again from the Dashboard. |
| VEX -102 | Server connection failed | Restart your internet router or try using Cloudflare WARP VPN https://one.one.one.one/ |
| VEX 101 | HWID mismatch | Visit the Manage HWID page on the website. |
| VEX 152 | Administrator permissions missing | Right-click the program executable and select Run As Administrator. |
| VEX 201 | Outdated Client version detected | Stop using the program and wait for administrator updates on Discord. |
| VEX 301 | Visual C++ Runtimes missing | Install the Runtime All-in-one package from the First-time Setup page. |
| VEX 302 | DirectX9 Runtimes missing | Install DirectX9 Runtime from the First-time Setup page. |
| VEX 401 | Failed to load driver addon | Turn off Core Isolation and Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist in Windows Security. |
| VEX 501 | Game Client not found | Ensure that your game Client is running. |
| VEX 601 | Menu failed to render | Update your GPU drivers and update Windows to the latest version. |
| VEX 1001 | Blacklisted software detected | Restart your computer and close programs like Cheat Engine, Wireshark, Process Hacker, or other debuggers. |
| VEX 1002 | Program modification detected | Account and HWID have been permanently banned. |
| VEX 2001 | Windows version not supported (Windows Build Unsupported) | The program supports standard Windows 10/11 versions (do not use Windows Insider Preview or custom OS builds). |
